Inverness Club

Inverness Club is a private golf club located in Toledo, Ohio, United States. It was founded in 1903 and its golf course was designed by Donald Ross. The course underwent a renovation in 2019 to update and restore its classic design. Inverness Club has hosted several major championships, including the U.S. Open, the PGA Championship, and the U.S. Senior Open.

The club has also hosted the Solheim Cup and the U.S. Junior Amateur Championship. Notable accomplishments include Bob Tway's dramatic bunker shot to win the 1986 PGA Championship, and Byron Nelson's victory in the 1944 U.S. Open.
